Flaminia was founded in Italy in 1954, when 23 rebellious ceramic factory workers decided to found their own company. In the early years of their practice, the notion of a bathroom was still mainly functional, which is why their products were very practical. However, during the lows of the early 1990s, they decided to start a revolution by focusing on the bathroom design and its concept in general. Nowadays, Flaminia collaborates with several prestigious designers, offering trendy, stylish, and innovative products, and continues to manufacture sanitary and ceramic ware in Italy.
